Almost every household is filled with the aromas of delicious pancakes. Whether it’s lemon drizzled, honey drizzled or cinnamon flavoured, our mouths are enjoying the deliciousness that only Pancake Day brings.
So…what do you do when you’re trying to be healthy but the foodie in you still wants to partake in Shrove Tuesday or Fat Tuesday(Mardi Gras)? Oh well! I wanted to eat without feeling guilty so I came up a healthy option… Cauliflower and beetroot pancakes, topped with blueberries, raspberries and spicy wings and drizzled with honey and 82% Dark Chocolate.
